from the presentation feedback was provided to further develop my design.
this included: to take advantage of the water views
change material from concrete to a lightwieght material
instead of using wallpaper use raw materials such as bamboo
work on the lounge render as it is the weakest.
show void spaces in floor plan.

the changes to the design are incorporate windows
because of the design and slightly changed and the lounge area is now removed to a second bar
concrete has now been changed to steel frames with exterior timber facades and interior plastered grey. (having the affect that it looks like concrete)
